Bookings and Payment

When you book a service, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payment must be received prior to the scheduled service unless otherwise arranged. We accept various forms of payment as indicated during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

The content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of Calm Flame or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
