We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days. For booking questions, include your preferred dates and which experience interests you.
Working hours
Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday – Monday: Closed
Sessions run throughout the day. Weekend workshops typically start at 9 AM. Private mentorship sessions can be scheduled outside standard hours by arrangement.
Before you visit
All sessions require advance booking—we don't accept walk-ins. If you're coming for a group workshop, arrive 10 minutes early for setup. Street parking is available on Brunswick and nearby side streets. The 96 tram stops directly in front of the building.
Our kitchen is upstairs and unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. If you have mobility concerns, please let us know when booking and we can discuss alternatives, including private sessions in your home.
Getting here
By Tram
Take the 96 tram heading to East Brunswick. Get off at Brunswick Street & Johnston Street. We're directly across from the stop.
By Car
Street parking available on Brunswick Street and surrounding streets. Metered parking applies Mon-Sat until 6 PM. Check signs carefully.
By Train
Nearest station is Parliament (15-minute walk). Exit onto Bourke Street, head north to Johnston, then east to Brunswick Street.
Common questions
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. Email us with which experience you'd like to gift and we'll send you a voucher valid for 12 months. The recipient can choose their preferred date.
Can I visit the kitchen before booking?
We don't do facility tours, but you're welcome to stop by during working hours to ask questions. Just email ahead so we know to expect you.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. Give us 48 hours notice and we'll move your booking with no penalty. Less than 48 hours and we charge 50% of the session fee.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Let us know when booking. We'll adapt the menu while keeping the core techniques intact. Note that some restrictions may affect ingredient availability for certain workshops.
